Q. Where are you based ?
A. We have Distribution centers in Hayward California and Seattle, we also have various distributors across America to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.
Q. What is our return policy ?
A. If you have purchased products from us directly, please contact us to discuss the issue, in the event you have received any faulty products.
If you have purchased any of our products from another Distributor or Retailer, you must return any faulty product to the place of purchase.
Our desire always is to assure that you are happy with everything Sparkle as we are so proud to create it and make it available.
We do not accept returns for product that is not faulty due to change of mind or because you have purchased more than you required, all sales are final.
Q. Who can I call about ordering?
A. The website is our one stop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week shop, though if you need some assistance or have questions you can always go to our individual product FAQ pages OR you can send us an email which we answer as quick as possible. We personally answer all emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Though if you still wish to speak to someone that is fine too. Just email us your phone number and question and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q. How quickly will my order be sent?
A. All orders are ideally sent the same day otherwise within the same 24 hour period. Where applicable tracking references are sent out via email as soon as it is available.
Q. What if I want to resell any Sparkle Lites® product? How do I get the best possible price?
A. See our Wholesale page to contact us for the special wholesale code once your business has been verified which will take no longer than 24 hours.
Q. What if I want to distribute Sparkle Lites® in the USA?
A. Please email us at email@example.com and we will let you know what is involved.

Q. How much is postage and handling?
A. For orders inside the USA
4-5 days shipping is $11.95 USPS or similar
3 days shipping $21.95 UPS or similar
2 days shipping $34.95 UPS or similar
5-7 Days $21.95 UPS or similar 3-4 Days $39.95 UPS or similar
Orders sent to Canada may have import duty applied by the Canadian Government, this is completely out of our control and until such time as we have distribution in Canada, this will apply, please make a note of this when ordering.
Should an order be placed on the world sites, European site or USA site and not be able to be supplied by a local distributor, any local feels or taxes are theresponsibly of the purchaser.
We cannot include any local fees or taxes in the orders as we are an Australian company. All local fees and taxes need to be paid locally.
Q. Are Sparkle Lites® products safe for children?
A. Sparkle Lites® and Party Dots® are not novelties or toys. And as such should always be used under adult/guardian supervision.
Q. What payment options are used on this website?
A. Sparkle Lites .com uses Stripe and Paypal. Sparkle Lites does not keep any payment information and the payment gateways are able to receive payments from Visa Card, MasterCard and Paypal.
Q. Is it safe to enter my credit card details?
A. Yes, your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure connection using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it almost impossible for this information to be intercepted. You can identify this by looking at the URL - 'https' the 's' indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop up message that you are about to enter or leave a secure area. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Q. Can I place an order to be shipped to a different address to my billing address?
A. Yes. Simply place the address in the Ship to section on the shopping cart and if you have any questions at all just send us an email to clarify.
Q. How do I know that there is stock of the Sparkle Product I want?
A. We always endeavor to have all Sparkle Lites® products in stock at all times. If there is any stock issues we will notify you immediately.
Q. What currency is used on this website?
A. For orders inside the USA and Canada the currency is $USD.
Q. What if I have not received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation?
A. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP.
Q. What if I find your Sparkle Lites® products on a different website cheaper?
A. We always try and keep our products at a level of pricing that is competitive for the quality we have aimed to achieve. If you wish to purchase Sparkle Lites® products in large bulk quantities and want pricing information please email us at email@example.com
Q. Why can't I just go to your shop and buy the Sparkle Lites® products?
A. There are so many costs involved in having a physical store which would only add to the costs of of each Sparkle Lites® product. By having warehouses and distribution outlets this allows us to keep the costs of each product down to reasonable rates.
